MARANATHA!

Text: For behold, the LORD is coming out of His place; He will come down And tread on the high places of the earth. Micah 1:3

People of God, greetings to you. Patient expectants of Christ's second coming; may God strengthen you. Amidst our long wait for the second coming of our Lord, I bring good tidings of great joy to the saints and the world at large.

Maranatha is an Aramaic word that means: "The Lord is coming". This word became a pleasantry alone the saints of the early church. It gave them courage and strength to hold on amidst the persecution from the world around them.

We are at a very delicate time of this age, we need to stand strong, knowing that the clock is now ticking towards the end of time. We should lay aside every weight and sin that easily besets us, Hebrews 12:1.

We should stop rising and falling, because that would take us nowhere! We should move unto perfection, Hebrews 6:1. The Lord is coming for men and women who after being saved, rose up for the Salvation of others.

Finally, there is no more time for complacency, no margins for errors because: "And this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed", Romans 13:11.
