THERE IS ONE MORE THING
TO DO
Text: If the foundations be destroyed, what can
the righteous do? Psalm 11:3
Believers stand to enjoy many benefits and privileges; one of
which is the opportunity to trace and settle foundational problems in the place
of prayer. This makes a believer unique in his approach to issues of life.
The people of Jericho – being people with short sight, came
to meet Prophet Elisha and told him the challenges their land has been faced
with from outset. They lamented about how their water had been bitter and the
barrenness of the land despite acknowledging that the situation of the city is
pleasant; 2 Kings 2:19. Same goes with the lives of many believers today. We feel
things are fine but indeed there are little issues that needs our urgent
attention. Prophet Elisha did not just approach the issue with complacency; he
went straight to the foundation, the spring of the bitter water; and it was
settled. God will visit your foundation this season! The Bible said after that
encounter, the water and land remained healed till this day, 2 Kings 2:19-21.
There are times that believers receive revelations as to what
and what to wrestle with; foundational issues to settle; issues that are no
respecter of any man. Foundational issues get many people confused and so they
run from pillar to post seeking solution. Our text says; if the foundation be
destroyed, what more shall the righteous do?
There is something you can do! There is one more thing to do!
Just PUSH!
Pray Until Something Happens!
