FAITH THAT BEGETS MIRACLES

Text: And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Matthew 17:20

God is a faithful and loving Father. The Father of light cares for all His children. He wants His children to tap into His fountain of wonders. He deals so much with faith.

Faith according to Hebrews 11:1 is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. To please God, to obtain anything from God, you need faith. Faith in God will go beyond the imagination of men. It appears like foolishness but it is more rewarding than the wisdom of men.

Faith is the driving force behind every miracle. Without FAITH, it's obvious the world might have gone into extinction. The Lord made the world to live on faith. Faith begets miracles.

Almost all of Christ's miracles and signs came through the faith of the recipient of the miracle. Faith goes way beyond believing God's word; it has to do with total obedience and submission; this way we are sure to obtain favor from Him.

A believing Christian is an obedient Christian. A believing Christian that claims to be holding onto God's word will be careful enough to obey everything written in the Word of God; they'll also stop at no length to pay attention to every detail in His word.

The type of faith that begets miracles is the type of faith that has no iota of doubt mixed with it. Faith can be likened to a spotless white garment, but doubts can be likened to spots, blemishes, wrinkles - on the initially spotless garment of faith.

Mark  9:24 And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

If you still struggle to believe God with total obedience and submission, just cry out to God and say: "Lord, I believe; please help my unbelief.
